Class Details

Pre-Natal Classes:

Our Pre-Natal classes are ideal for pregnant Mumz who want to keep healthy and strong throughout their pregnancy.

You can train from the beginning of the first trimester all the way through to the end of the third trimester.

The classes will not only prepare you for labour but will help you with all those strenuous motherly duties once the baby is born.

Post-Partum Classes:

The Post-Partum classes are ideal for all new Mumz who want a speedy recovery from pregnancy and want to keep strong through the trials of motherhood.

You have the option to train with baby in a baby carrier or let baby play with fellow Active Mumz babies.

You can attend the classes from 6-12 weeks after delivery with medical clearance from your GP.

Femme Group Personal Training:

The femme group personal training is ideal for anyone looking for that extra support in a female friendly environment. If you identify as a female or non-binary, this is a class for you even if you are not one of our Mumz.

You will also have access to extra workouts on my training app and weekly check-ins.

Training Schedule

Pre-Natal Classes
- Every Wednesday 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Post-Partum Classes - Every Tuesday 11:15am - 12:15pm

Femme Group Personal Training - Every Tuesday 6:00am - 7:00am
